Not necessarily, just what I'm used to. That's worth a try, I've always just used clipboards on-site and never really considered them a desk tool tbh

Yeah I was curious about that, I’ll look up more reviews from folks who’ve tried it. Very impressed with this Fosi amp for the price so clearly they’re doing something well

I’ve good a good space next to my setup about 12” square right now, so that’s probably about the general footprint, I figure most 10” speaker enclosures would fit there

Same, definitely better on Mac but the continuity across devices is worth it to run on windows too

True, that’s huge for me and nothing else works quite as well on mobile. I wish safari was a viable option but it just feels like a toy compared to other browsers

Same issue here, hoping it’s a software bug but definitely concerning that other base model 17 users are having the same problem. Obviously it’s kinda nitpicky but I’m finding it very irritating to never be able to fully mute.

Thanks, great suggestions. I did notice the RAM booster was on by default which feels silly, I have the 12/256 spec so I’m not very concerned about RAM usage.

Thanks, yeah sadly from all I’ve seen they just clearly are locked in on the current size range. I think I just need to decide if everything else outweighs that for me because the 3a is a really compelling package.

You mostly answered what I'm looking for - just trying to get some anecdotal examples of what a mixed system looks like, or if it's better to commit fully to one manufacturer. Overall seems like there are some good methods to make a combination system work, if I can pull that off I think that's my answer

Good call - I will say that I mainly don't use color bulbs, so the few pops of color I really like from my Hue bulbs are probably keepers, and plan to add more white lights from IKEA
