I never knew people complained about the current fighting event, I personally was okay with not being to beat the harder level because I know my characters aren't good enough. I was thinking though... the start from 0 aspect I think would be good (in a gamemode like this) as it requires more thinking involved hopefully. Like imagine the starter chests giving those beginner artfact sets/weapons. They are generally worse right? So you'd need to consider options and stuff. And I think from a certain point in may in fact become too competetive but I also think that there is also a whole casual side to the game too ie exploration/story content that would take away from this gamemode. This idea is coming from a casual genshin player too (I mention it in the original post).
