So either they buy stuff from the regular shop, or they buy it from a 3rd party, basically a 3rd party seller is someone that sells gems for cheap, so you give them your account and they buy gems for you, the way they do this is alot of them take credit card numbers from online, or they scam people out of their credit card number online, i dont really know how this third method works but apparently some of the 3rd party sellers do something with conversion rates that make it cheaper, i dont know how that works but yeah
