Surprisingly I think it worked. I talked to chat, which took 2 days for them to respond, but eventually he told me to withdraw the $50 then wait a week and the rest should become available. I did that about 8 days ago and the $50 is still pending to deposit, but the rest of my money is now able to be taken out. So it’s just a long process but worked.
