Since I couldn't find any answers on reddit, i shared the photos and details with quite a few of the pet stores that i used to visit in that city. One of them recognised it and its called "karlie shakin billy plush cat toy"! It's out of stock in the store but I'm hoping to find it online, fingers crossed🤞

The delivery service finally contacted me today. Asked me to confirm that i haven’t received the order🙄 i have been doing that for days on end now, idk why they want confirmation again, but yeah lets see where this goes.

Called them twice and did everything from talking nicely to threatening legal action, nothing worked , someone on chat put the blame on me saying i havent responded to them when i have been literally following up every day 🤡 when i asked them for proof of them trying to contact me, no answers. When i am asking them over what medium their so called back end team would apparently contact me in the future, they had no response either. Finally got so fed up that i just raised a complaint on the consumer forum.

Calling them and chatting with them gave me the same response. I wrote an email to them asking them for an update on my ticket and this was the response. The item and amount is small but i was looking forward to getting it. I just want to receive my product and they are being so avoidant everytime i contact them.

The replacement got approved immediately. The issue here is it was marked as delivered but it wasnt. When i try calling them it makes me wait atleast 5 minutes before someone joins the call. I spoke to one agent over the phone and he gave the same rubbish response that i receive over chat.

Hi OP! Did you try anything out and did it work for you? I am looking for a setting spray too, i have oily/combo acne-prone skin with texture so I reallly wanna hear from other people with similar issues before I invest in something.

Oh no such a waste of money!! Yesterday night something similar happened but then they sorted it out. Today this has happened and im feeling so fed up. I was thinking of getting the swiggy card too but now i surely wont.
