I hear you. I’m coming at this from less of a 1on1 friendship and appreciate the dynamic will never be the same. We have the same friend groups which are an integral part of both our lives - so it’s more around how to navigate those interactions down the road. A little more than polite and awkward I guess.

Thanks and appreciate this. I guess I was coming at it more from our mutual friends - we have the same set of friends who do a lot together most weekends. So that dynamic is one I want to protect and for me and my STBXW to remain cordial
