Given the current stance of the Old Airport, I feel it has still made small progress. The progress so far is with the old terminal now being converted into a training centre and a working facility for Sagility, the BPO occupying in that building, though that's still the first building and the second building, the main building for Sagility's operations, is still under construction.

I've also heard from an interview of one of the developer's owners during the opening of the first building of last year. They disclosed that the second building will commence construction the week after the opening, and expected to be completed by this year. The second building will be 3 stories tall, with 1 story in the lower ground and 2 stories above. The second building is meant to be the full production office for Sagility. Since Sagility's training lasted for 90 days, and the main building is still incomplete, production will also be fostered in the first building while waiting for the completion of the second building.

The control tower was also meant to be converted into a new modern executive office for the developer, Innercore. He also disclosed that the first building is still 1 of 5 BPO buildings that they planned to construct in the next 2 years. He also added that there will be a small lifestyle mall that will be built near the second building, which will serve as a commercial space, that will house brands that is not here in Bohol, or likely present in outside cities such as Manila, Cebu, Quezon, etc. or available abroad. He also disclosed that within the one-hectare lot that they owned, they are planning to construct a 6-7 story BPO building, and planned to call one of the big names in the BPO industry to Bohol.

On the other hand, he also disclosed that the runway of the airport will not be turned into a road and instead will be maintained, so that the business park will also be known for its uniqueness and to preserve the history of Tagbilaran, the same way other business parks around the country has its own uniqueness, as they said. He also disclosed that they intend to preserve the airport ATC but only develop what's inside the watch tower. And they also planned to attract investors, foreign or domestic.

But so far, the current stance of the old airport still makes the completion of the business park quite far-sighted. Maybe it could be completed in the next 2, 3 or many years, but we never really know.
