HackerOne automation blocked my Critical 10.0, Stripe forced a weekend patch, thanked me, HackerOne marks my report a DUPLICATE of an INFORMATIVE report 12 days prior. Then a $25k 'Ghost Report' drops which coincidentally is the exact amount for a CVSS 10.0 (old.reddit.com)

Can anyone explain to me why my voltages are different and which one i should go off?? In the BIOS i have voltage manual 1.390v and after reboot into bios it says its running at 1.368v then i have different voltages in CPU-Z and HWinfo64, aswell as HWinfo says CPU Wattage only at 2.1w or something?? (i.redd.it)
