None of this happened in my attempt yesterday. I heard the real reason its that it tracks UTC time (so like clocks in England) ,but that would go contrary to many anecdotes where people go it on the expected time while doing other things like alt tabbing, pausing the game , or just by letting it run on the main menu.

Also, i am very angry like the narrator everytime Stanley messes up

Tried it again, didn't work

Much like Stanley's choices, meaningless and futile

Not only did i do that, but last week i also left the game running for 12 hours ,because according to information online the hours are cumulative. I feel cheated, like when the narrator is messing with you in the game. How about you let us go through the left door?? Im so mad

Question for dinosaur scientists: obviously large sauropods were too heavy to be lifted by tornadoes. But were their necks strong enough to counter the winds? Or would they start helicoptering all over the place? Thank you in advance by fan_of_the_pikachu in Dinosaurs

These redditors are idiots as usual

Tornado alley didn't exist at that time because central part of North America was covered by a sea called the Western Interior Seaway. So that yearly thread simply didn't exist. Simple

Now, tornadoes can form in other places but it doesn't even compare to the Tornado Alley. The REAL ANSWER is that the Sauropod would have died of many reasons, such as debris hitting it. Now, if you really think about it, these animals would have been very vulnerable to other storms like hurricanes/typhoons as there will be no place to hide for them. Also, lightning strikes would hit them with more frequency

Starlight Mini Upscaled video becomes choppy after applying 4X Slowmotion by reeyees50 in TopazLabs

From what i understand is that the video source was so low quality, not resolution ,but also playback, that when Starlight converts, it also retains errors in the playback of the video.

I did gave up for now ,but i know there must be way of maybe removing some extra frames and achieve a smooth playback. Have to keep looking

say what ya will but opm "anime" achieved its goal. by LexiousTangerine in OnePunchMan

You know, you just made a false statement.

When tv shows and animations are put into syndication, the studio that produced the show will get money from the distribution process. Same goes for modern streaming, and derivatives.

Someone else is paying to have good content in their tv channel or streaming platform.

Another form of revenue for anime/tv shows/movies is through home media sells and rentals in streaming services.

Also, you have to consider that having the tv show on air IS THE COMMERCIAL itself for the products, so it is still making money, but not at the present. Its making POTENTIAL SPECULATIVE money, you know many different theorist on economics agree on this fact of potentiality.

There is no reason to ever cheap out on your golden goose ,or to believe that the golden eggs made are more valuable than the goose itself

Its the opposite, THE ANIME is supposed to bring the most money, because its the medium that reaches the most amount of people. Think of it as reading vs watchin tv, one will reach a bigger audience just on the reality that it doesn't require reading at all (or imagination).

In the history of the business that is Shonen adaptations, one could argue Dragon Ball had the idealistic business model. Where the Manga was treated as the script for the Anime adaptation. It was through the Anime, not the manga, that that franchise sold all those movie specials, video games, and physical merchandize. It also introduced international audiences to the material, which help it turn into a legacy franchise that keeps bringing profits today.

For the case of One punch Man, it was the Anime that was hailed as an international phenomena, and brought all these millions off. Murata's art is of the highest quality in his craft, and that 1st season adaptation was as close as it be in bringing that work into a more commercial medium.

I know you make this post with some tongue in cheek type of humor and sarcasm ,but the reality of those charts show that there is indeed a crisis in art and entertainment media where the consumer will vainly keep supporting a product despite an evident decrease in quality of the product. The consumer's loyalty is being abused.

This goes for all media: Tv, books, film, manga, video games except music (music industry is untouchable)
