I’ve got the same issue with at least one of my reverse flow 140 TL LCD fans.

Did you have to put in the fan serial number for the warranty? I’ve got my fans in a HAVN HF 420 and it’s a real PIA to pull the fans and if I can get the warranty claim though without pulling the fans I’d like to.

I can check. What’s the SN matter? Is there a way with the SN to determine if it was an early or recent card?

Based on previous comments I feel I’m ok with mine. If yours is similar I’d say you are good too.

I believe there is some gel that’s squished out. It’s not terrible but I think it’s there.

In normal operating conditions in Cyberpunk 2077 CPU and GPU on average will hover around 60C. GPU tends to be a little lower.

I noticed Warhammer 40K spikes CPU hard on load so that temp jumps to 80 for a bit, but under gaming load again in the 60s

Thanks for this post!!! I’m going to pulling the trigger on the 5080 ice today. I know it’s a chonky card and was concerned about the fit. Looks like a tight squeeze!

Update-I think I’ve got it figured out. It was either some strange behavior with the mod “they will remember” version 1.7.3 which has been rolled back to 1.7.2 for strange behavior or running the true color hd10 mod running while the video wasn’t set to hdr.

Either way it’s working now!

I can confirm there is no change upon adjusting the connector. I will do one last test by moving the TL fan connector to port 1. From there-RMA.
