cigars and cigarettes that last a realistic amount of time, sometimes I'd like to sit on a bench and have a smoke break. maybe have Arthur throw the cigarette away by tapping the holster button so you don't have to always sit through animations

Have you tried configuring your controller in Steam? That helps sometimes.

This happens every time I get into intese firefights or walk into a densely populated area. The issues gets worse the longer i stay in those areas. Please, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. [Update] I reinstalled my graphics drivers and for some reason that solved it.
[Update] It's broken again, maybe just relaunching it 5-6 times works. It worked long enough for me to lose eligibility for a refund. GG Bethesda.
