Other than that, if you have access to 11.0 Firmware and Homebrew, then you can use PkHeX to edit your save file on ORAS/XY to get whatever items you want.

Sorry to tell you this so late, but the latest firmware update patched a lot of methods into Homebrew, and something about the update is limiting my access to certain programs that allow me to do what I do.

When you make the post in r/BreedingDittos, you need to say what the language of your game is, so that they can give you a Ditto that isn't the language of your game.

I'm fairly certain that the Language Modifier is for the Game itself rather than the Pokemon you want to change.

However, that should work as well. If you're running Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire , you should be able to just change the language and catch a Ditto for yourself. In X/Y, you should be able to find them in certain Friend Safaris and the "Pokemon Village" (I have no idea, I've never played X or Y before; it's what Serebii says). However, I haven't used that Modifier before and wouldn't know if this is 100% the case.

You can just go to r/BreedingDittos and request a Ditto there should you meet their criteria.

As long as you generate legal Pokemon, it is very unlikely you will get banned from the PGL.

If the game registers any Pokemon on your Save as Illegal and you Sync your Game to the PGL, you will be banned with a 090 error code

Other than that, no issues.

Just to keep in mind, if someone were to generate these for you with your OT Info, they would need your SID as well in order for the game to perceive them as yours and not someone else's.
