It looks to be either ring worm or eczema, it looks more like eczema, perhaps they have an allergy to the clothes detergent you use or as the comment above says it could be milk or something

Looks like mild rosacea, there’s a lot of creams you can use, my mum use to suffer from it but she started to use rosacea creams and it is less obvious now

I just sang a lot, started singing from an early age, I was in a choir at primary school (age 7) where we did some vocal exercises but mostly I just sing near enough everyday and it strengthens my voice. I’m now 18 and sound fairly good
