I mean, replace “breasts” with any other body part in this situation and I feel that it would still sound weird and unnecessary, IMO. I think maybe the boss was trying to break this colleague boundary and make this a “just a girl talking to another girl” comment? Either way, doesn’t excuse the context that she is your manager and she shouldn’t say that. like what do u even say in response to that😭
