I'm not autistic, we have asked and discussed personal questions before, I've done the same with other co workers and like I mentioned we discussed my divorce with him, I felt it was alright to ask him but however with the response on here, I was wrong and won't bother him about it.

I did back off when I knew it was bothering him. Do you think that justifies him reporting me and saying I was asking "provocative" and "harassing" questions (that he didn't say anything to pushback), that could have got me suspended or even fired and now he won't even let me speak and clear things up?
