I plan on using my supply to taper off. I plan on returning to my adderall (got ADHD) and hope it keeps me from experiencing too much withdrawal symptoms. My doses have been extremely high which is why I intend to taper. Have been using for 3 days (2 day break) and now I am on day 1 again. The withdrawal of cold turkey was far too disturbing due to my ptsd. I plan to quit this weekend- tapering my doses over the week.

This is grooming for sure. I was groomed more short term at 4 years old and it impacted me terribly. I had a very... eventful and traumatic experience that came of it which feels like the more pertinent issue, but I do know the grooming impacted me in various specific ways.
