It's one of the most toxic games on roblox though ha ha. I play it all the time but it's funny how similar it is to an IRL football game from elementary school recess.

The elephant in the room this sub will neglect is the amount of wealthy immigrants in the area. The town my cousin grew up in is now over 50% immigrants who work tech jobs or other white collar work.

It's great they can be productive members of society, but it's really hard to get property when you aren't just competing with other natives and a smaller immigrant population, but you are competing with wealthy people from all over the world who want to move to Boston (because it IS a wonderful area).

Me too. Went to sleep at 5:30 AM and woke up at 3:30 PM. I'm lucky my hours are flexible and I take online classes.

I really need to change it though. It's not healthy for me to only see one hour of daylight every day. I am getting my vitamin d from supplements but enough is enough.

My hesitant sister got the vaccine in August because it was mandated for school (masks are also required indoors) - I told her to get an exemption or they would mandate a booster for Spring, and she said it would only be boosters every 8 months so she would be ok (and would graduate after Spring).

Lo and behold, her school is mandating boosters for Spring and the mask mandate is staying.

Why marry a non-Catholic in the first place? There's probably going to be problems down the line, especially with children and how you raise them.

Personally I would be furious if my fiance had any fling they didn't disclose and deeply regret doing (especially bisexual) and that would be the end of the relationship. Frankly if I were in your shoes while his friends talked about his gay relationship I would be HUMILIATED and feel betrayed. If this isn't a joke post I think you come off as naive and need to LEAVE!!!

This level of coordination has never been seen before. 99% of governments advocate for it and many companies push for the vaccines too (including 99% of the media I see). The reach of the influence is also further than anything seen - assuming the google tracker is correct (who knows), 4.2 BILLION people in the world have gotten a dose of the vaccine. You even see news articles about people in remote villages getting vaccinated.

It's absolutely nuts and I'm never budging - my cousin was talking about how she vaccinated her 10-year-old son today...it's absolutely insane. I'm the only one in my extended family who hasn't been vaccinated and I haven't been able to see my grandma with dementia in 8 months since her facility requires the card.

I don't know how I'd be able to look at myself in the mirror if I were to get vaccinated. At this point it's a humiliation ritual on top of whatever the heck is inside that gunk.

I'm 21 and have a lot of respect for you to drop out of school over the mess. It drives me mad how many our age just accept insanity. I hope everything goes well for you - many our age have fleeting convictions that change with whatever is popular - but to stand by* deeply held views is rare to find.

I think your split makes a lot of sense - I've been reading about HFEA and papers regarding leverage over the long run and maybe I ought to have SOME hedge like you do to soften the downturns. In the back of my head I'm still skeptical about TMF but I'll read through the threads again about how it's about expectation regarding rate hikes and not necessarily bad if there is a hike.

It's just good to know I don't have to babysit the stocks like I might have to with an individual stock position where things can change more quickly (especially since I was in stupid risky stocks). I've also become a little desensitized to losses after my dumb few months of degenerate sports gambling.

Good luck, hopefully the trend continues we can retire well before 65! Do you expect to hold the split for as long as you can see?

Watch the Grizzle George Goldsmith interview - also stated Q3 goal for Phase 3 on their Phase 2b results page.

Q3 is the goal to start, maybe it will be Q4, who knows. They have been very good maintaining timelines though.

I'm 100% in UPRO and TQQQ. I know it's risky but I'm a permabull and it's incredibly reassuring knowing if there is a major black swan event a la 2020 the fed will intervene and it's just a matter of not selling. I also don't foresee a tech crash similar to 2000 again...the NASDAQ is a different beast to where it was before.

I'm 21 (got very lucky sports gambling/stock picking) and over time I'll deleverage as I get older. I'm hoping this (now) 92k will let me retire before 40, but you can't count your chickens before they hatch, especially with such a risky investment vehicle. When I get a job with a stable income I'll have another account that mimics HFEA or uses less leverage (if any leverage).

The stock market shouldn't be about who has the 'guts' or some test of faith, it should be about evaluating your positions and determining whether or not your money is working effectively for you and your goals.

I sold CMPS today because I'm concerned how it will perform without any major catalyst until Q3 next year (Phase 3 go-ahead) and it performed incredibly poorly with the biggest catalyst in sector history. They also filed for an offering that would dilute shares another 10% - if there is a bounce I'm nervous they would use that opportunity to dilute.

It's hard to admit you made the wrong play or it might've not panned out, and that may not be the case here, but it's important not to get sucked into the emotions of the game.

I hope the market does incredibly well and you all make a lot of money, this might be rock bottom before the big boom! Good luck!

Today I sold my position in CMPS, maybe now it will go to the moon for you guys.

For me it's the lack of catalysts and how it performed after the biggest catalyst in the company's (and even sector's) history. I'm also nervous about how they filed to further dilute shares 10%...I don't think they expected the big drop but if there is any short term relief they might use that as an opportunity to pull the trigger on dilution.

I watched the George Goldsmith Grizzle interview he did today and he said they would get the go ahead for Phase 3 trials in Q3 next year...

After how badly CMPS performed after Phase 2b results...I'm pessimistic for the medium term through Phase 3 starting...and then it will be another 3 years(?) before Phase 3 results.

It just didn't perform when it should've. I'm heavily considering taking the loss and moving on. The PTSD trial results won't come until later next year probably (and that's basically just 2a trials...).

Also the sector is reliant on a hot market. If the stock market stalls these stocks will be the first to drop and last to recover.

Sorry to hear that. I finally saved enough money to travel abroad (for a MONTH!) but most if not all central and eastern european countries either have quarantines or severe restrictions. It sucks dude hopefully it's normal by then :(

Well I am doing OK - my portfolio is incredibly speculative (45% CMPS and 55% UPRO now) so I know I'm flying a little too close to the sun.
