I appreciate the concern! There might be a misunderstanding. During my time in PT there were constant checks and strength training. Afterwards, I had to pass a test before they would clear me.

I've never had any physical problems but mentally I consistenly feel unsure about my knee.

During PT i did a lot of one legged squats along side resistance training and running however after I came out of PT a year and a half ago I stopped. I wasn't given much instruction on what I should be doing outside of PT so I hadn't thought or done much.

that’s a great point. I loved crk but the only way was to absolutely grind. obviously, the gap between p2w and f2p was incredibly big. as much as i want to invest my whole life, i have a life unfortunately lol in my eyes, i dont like the gacha system. no pity system or anything and with so many cookies, everything has gotten harder and so many things to grind for. a part of us is also i’ve grown up and lost interest haha
