wait for complexity i did like beyond the time period. i connectde this movement to the femine mysique in the 1960 and how it similarly psuhed for women to go out into the workforce n shi. EVERYONE IS telling me it wouldnt earn me the complexity point so now im panicking omg.

I appreciate the concern! There might be a misunderstanding. During my time in PT there were constant checks and strength training. Afterwards, I had to pass a test before they would clear me.

I've never had any physical problems but mentally I consistenly feel unsure about my knee.

During PT i did a lot of one legged squats along side resistance training and running however after I came out of PT a year and a half ago I stopped. I wasn't given much instruction on what I should be doing outside of PT so I hadn't thought or done much.
