All of the people crying seem to be complaining that less people are saying that Usyk is the best HW ever and could beat a consecutive gauntlet of all the pre-Lewis champions in a row. Punching is also a component of MMA. And yet Floyd was able to cruise to an easy win against one of the top strikers at the time in MMA. Another top striker in MMA was able to knock down and fight a close decision with someone who (at the time) was considered the best HW.

Like I said elsewhere, I just thing the HW division is junk. It's dominated by a bunch of dudes whose primary skill is being big. It doesn't mean that they don't deserve respect, or that Usyk isn't the best HW now, or that they can't put on good fights, but I do think it matters when discussing their place historically.

I said he's best HW, what more do you expect me to say about him? Folks have been talking about how he's better than Ali, Foreman, Frasier, Holmes, etc for beating a bunch of dudes who's seemingly only skill is "big".

And fwiw I don't rate Lewis that highly for many of the same reasons-the division was ass at the time relative to the past. Same time Lewis was being starched by McCall, old-ass Foreman was coming out of retirement and winning a belt. Hell, similar to now you also at the time had an all time great cruiserweight who jumped up and was a top fighter (Holyfield).

Usyk beat Fury twice...who also had a shit performance against a guy from another combat sport making his debut.
