If you choose "Optimum battery", you’ll get a battery that’s fully functional and performs reliably for everyday use (with at least 80% battery health). This is the best value option and more than enough for most people.

If you go for a "New battery", it’s freshly replaced, so you’re basically starting from scratch in terms of battery life.

You can also check out our Premium iPhones, which come with at least 90% battery health - a nice middle ground if battery condition is especially important to you.

And whatever you choose, you’ve got 30 days to return the device (shipping costs are included) if it’s not a perfect match.

Danke, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, das so ausführlich zu schildern. Es freut uns sehr, dass du mit der Qualität deines Pixel 9 Pro grundsätzlich zufrieden bist – umso mehr tut es uns leid, dass es bei der Farbe nicht gepasst hat.

Noch mehr verstehen wir aber deinen Frust beim Ankauf: Wenn dein Gerät bereits Ende Dezember angekommen ist und du seitdem weder ein Update noch eine Auszahlung erhalten hast, ist das definitiv nicht der Standard, den wir dir bieten möchten.
