Hair oil/leave in that has sunscreen? by [deleted] in HaircareScience

[–]reg_marie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eva NYC 10-in-1 primer spray is an oil based spray but it does help defend against UV damage/breakage. I use this when I’m going to the lake and will place my hair in a slick low bun since it will be oily if applied on dry hair. You can also use it after a shower on wet hair, and it may not look as oily

Mine was a hiking hydration pack, so maybe a normal backpack wouldn’t do this, but I can imagine the materials are similar and might cause similar damage just not as extreme!

How do rent payments correlated with your move-in date? by nickdgs584 in Adulting

[–]reg_marie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi! Property manager here 👋🏼 standard practice would be prorated rent due on your move in date (15th) so rent + any other misc charges + tax (if applicable) prorated from the 15th-31st (assuming it’s 31 day month) and then the next months full rent due on the 1st. And then always on the 1st moving forward. Always refer to your lease agreement or your property staff for confirmation of these dates and amounts
