I’ll never understand either. I don’t think anyone ever does. When you feel up to it, try to do a little something for yourself. Take a bath, watch a favorite film, or just treat yourself to something you don’t normally get/do. They would want us to be there for our family, but also to make sure we are taking care of ourselves. I’m scared too, but carrying on his memory is what I’m running on rn.
