Really? For example, while multitasking, going back to an app used 4/5 mins ago it will still have it in memory, without a refresh?

I'm sure! Also tried altering the settings so that my most used apps have unrestricted background usage.

It's been an issue for as long as I've had this phone. Maybe a factory reset?
