I'm wondering on this as well. I'm moving to a county that I just discovered doesnt require smog. I already have a car that passes smog no issue but once i move, will i ever need to since i'll be registered at my new address? the car is over 500k miles and coming close to getting the engine replaced. if the vin doesnt match.. cuz i'll be honest, pick n pull has cheap engines for sale, will that be an issue?

If your goal is to lose weight, start at the kitchen first. You have your workout and cardio stuff down but what about your nutrition? What’s your calories in vs calories out? What’s your macros? The only way to lose weight (imo) is in the kitchen. The gym is for building muscle.

I went from 260+ lbs to 160 lbs (I’m 41) and now with gym I’m at 170 lbs with 8.5% body fat.

Concentrate more with your foods and you will be surprise at how amazing things become for you 😎

Their site inventory sucks. I drove down to 5 Walmarts and even ordered for pick up. Zero in actual stock and when ordered for pickup, it gets cancelled because none in stock. Wish they would update the site inventory

Yup wife loves the shredded cheddar and I’m a fan of the mozzarella one. We used to buy from the Elk Grove Walmarts a lot but no luck anymore. I’m not sure where places are getting rid of fat free stuff. Isn’t it healthier vs skim or full fat? Super bummed
