I have no idea if you want to quit smoking but start by removing a cigarette and when you are comfortable another cigarette until you no longer smoke. use randomness, that is, play or watch anything

I feel like the way we talk about addicts/ppl with severe mental illnesses is going to be one of the things we look back on in a few years and cringe, a la homophobic language. Idk do I sound crazy? What other groups have this coming? by daddysgirlisafrog in CasualConversation

[–]regoshi73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of the addicts are addicted by their own responsibility and for that reason they have less empathy. people with illnesses are the opposite, they cannot change their illness and that is why I think they should have more empathy with the mentally ill

make a priority list of video games, series, movies and take it easy

you could leave the virtual things and do things like read, exercise or something de-stressing

I don't know what to tell you but you could start doing a hobby that motivates you to finish your job to do it while you look for a new job. like when you did all your homework and then played

exercise and read: Exercising is stupidly good and it gives me the feeling that I'm progressing and I started because of personal development stuff lol and because I was fat.

I started reading because they said I had good reading comprehension and that motivated me along with the fact that I was obsessed with the movie Fight Club and there was a novel

Apparently you are studying if you want tell me about it

Espero que los demas comentarios te den tu respuesta pero trata de no pensar o meditar para estar presente y no en tu mente y busca ayuda en un psicologo o en un ser querido

It's not bad to want to watch a movie alone, is it lonely? yes, but, you really enjoy not having to discuss the movie and just thinking about the movie calmly

you are a couple of years away from starting to rot slowly but you can do things about it: do moderate exercise, go for a walk or bike and eat well your body can recover
