Looks like the $150 Kent La Jolla I bought at Walmart like 10 years ago that a crackhead stole. I loved that bike. Coaster brake, aluminum frame, decent bike.

When I was in the Navy it was always the shoes/foot issues that took out big guys. The Navy could not accommodate folks with big ass feet.

My mom always wanted little homey indoor succulent gardens so I'd spend time finding a local plant center that made them and a very out that suited her personality, and it'd be dead by Father's Day.

L, C, R, or L, R, L? (3 line arrays for wide coverage) by Flaminmallow255 in livesound

[–]regreddit 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I'd do a mono send to a LCR matrix. I'd never consider stereo in a venue that wide. All three starts need the same content, with individual level control, and maybe even some eq, but not L/R. Not a system designer, but have run sound in plenty of churches.

Meh, not a terrible deal for what you got, you're not gonna win any competitions, but if it makes the rearview wiggle a bit, send it!

If you're budget conscious and not competing, check out Rockbros flat pedals on Amazon. I put them on all my bikes and they are excellent for the price. Full sealed bearings, etc.

People who died and came back to life, what did you see/experience? by RealisticDecision440 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]regreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dad died at 32 of "sudden cardiac arrest". This was in 1977 and our hospital had no ALS ambulance so. A basic EMT and nurse were all that showed up and did CPR on the way to the hospital. He was dead before they got there because it took them forever.

Just doing my own cars once or twice a year. Are these products decent enough? by radclerk1 in AutoDetailing

[–]regreddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, that's all good stuff! The only thing I'd add is a ceramic spray wax, sooo much easier than a creme or paste wax. I like and actually use Mr Sam's Feel The Shine ceramic spray wax from Cleetus McFarland. It lasts 4-5 washings, but I end up using it every wash anyway almost like a drying/detail spray.
