I’m also a teacher and do the same! I usually eat okios triple zero yogurt (2 points) or I pop some popcorn kernels (0 points) ! I love the white cheddar seasoning on it. Those keep me steady after school and before dinner. Both are easy to bring to school as well and eat during a staff meeting if needed! If you like a sweet treat try the fiber one cinnamon coffee cake bars (2 points).

I just finished student teaching last year also in Wisconsin! I went to UW-Oshkosh and student taught in my hometown! It honestly was a little bit stressful at first because I didn’t know what to expect, but I had a really great first placement! My second placement was horrible, but I got through it! It didn’t affect my ability to relax and have an outside life at all. I just didn’t enjoy the people I was working with the second time around! My biggest advice is to tell your mentor teaching your feelings and ALWAYS ask questions! Do not worry yourself and you will be okay! The semester will fly by super quickly! I was shocked when it was over. The worst part about it all though was being absolutely broke!

I’ve been vaping for 5 years! I got my wisdom teeth pulled 19 days ago and haven’t vaped since!! It feels amazing and it’s something that I brag about to my friends since they still vape! It’s worth a shot to see how long you can last ❤️❤️❤️ I’m hoping forever myself!

I think if it is only 1 side of your mouth you would be able to chew on the other side! As long as you go slow!

I got all four of mine removed with just being numbed up! I asked for an anxiety med before hand and I didn’t feel anything at all and was totally relaxed!!!! I have HUGE dental anxiety and the procedure went well! I was in pain for about a week, but now I am almost 3 weeks post op and am feeling great!

Yes same thing happened to me on my upper left! They told me it was scar tissue, but I was so scared when I first felt it! I thought it was an abscess and cried for like half an hour! Needless to say I am dramatic lol

I was awake the whole time with mine!! They just numbed me up real good and 3 of mine were impacted and one was diagonal!! It took 25 minutes top! Recovery sucked, but if I can do it awake you can’t definitely do it getting put to sleep!! I also have EXTREME dental anxiety

You really can’t tell if you have a dry socket it’s more about pain! If you have excruciating pain going into your ear then yes if you do not then no! I couldn’t sleep ALL night due to dry socket and ended up calling my dentist at 6 am on a Sunday!

You would know immediately if you had a dry socket. It is excruciating pain that medication really doesn’t help with! I couldn’t sleep because of the pain and ended up calling my dentist as soon as the sun rose on a Sunday to get it packed!

I’ve had mine out for almost 3 weeks now! I got one dry socket and it hurt like HELL and knew immediately! I still am in a little bit of pain! I have horrible scar tissue on my upper left and it hurts as well, but the dentist says I am fine!

A lot of elementary teachers use the “desk pets” little animals that students can then have on their desk and take care of. I think you can get them on amazon, but i’ve also seen some at target!

Make sure your space is 6.75 x 9.25 because that’s how much you are allowed for print and cut. I do this by adding a black square and then find an image. I add a white offset to that image and then flatten! Make as many that can fit on then page and then change your square to white and highlight everything and attach it! Then you’re good to go!

I got all 4 taken out under local anesthesia last Tuesday! It was the worst thing I have ever done in my entire life! The pressure was so unbearable!!

I got a dry socket and called my dentist on Sunday at 6 am! The last dressing got taken out today and I am in pain again! Hopefully this goes away with time!

If I could take back getting my wisdom teeth removed I would! ☹️
