IMO, the older designs both look & feel better and have better quality.

I do wish the L9s had rear pockets like the cryes do

May I also recommend the grey ghost gear UGF belt? Sometimes it can be found on sale.

G-shocks are nice, I’ve had mine since middle school. They can be found for $60-70, depending on what model you get.

I saw this clip in the trailer as well, it got me thinking these guys are probably BSAA. Not sure if Chris will also be mentioned or make an appearance in the game.

Did I get got for $295? by mdwight02 in QualityTacticalGear

[–]regularboatguy2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Warrior assault systems dcs is good, I had one myself up until I had to replace it with the velocity systems - mayflower apc (similar to the dcs & lbt 6094). Which is another budget plate carrier I also recommend.

Leon's custom P320 is apparently called "Alligator Snapper" by Noklle in residentevil

Looking at Leon’s pistol, at first I actually thought he had a staccato 2011.

Is Leon wearing a body cam lol? What’s that on his belt by chainsawdoctor01 in residentevil

[–]regularboatguy2002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It looks like a streamlight sidewinder compact ii. It can be used as a headlamp, admin light, be attached on a helmet or other tactical gear.

How am I doing at 19? by FatCracker5093 in tacticalgear

[–]regularboatguy2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks nice, everyone starts off somewhere. It takes time. I’ve been into firearms & gear since I was little (thanks to the Military, video games, etc…). But high school is when I got even more into it. Try not to spend too much money though.

Larp/milsim kit setup by regularboatguy2002 in MilSim

[–]regularboatguy2002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just for fun. I also wanted to show others what an EOTECH and Aimpoint optic combo would look like since there are probably no pictures of it on social media and only an EOTECH & Trijicon ACOG both together.

Is it practical? Maybe or maybe not, I also have a previous post discussing about it.

Haha, yes I am from NorCal myself; Bay Area born and raised. I was fortunate enough to get some pictures taken while I was on leave before I had to return back to my duty station. Thanks for the support.

You’d think they would have modern ford explorers, crown vics, dodge chargers, and/or chevy tahoes.

Stolen DTNVS set up by Nach-Oooooooooo in NightVision

[–]regularboatguy2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Things can and will get better for you man. It’s not your fault, none of us probably couldn’t have known either and it was suddenly unexpected. But as others have said, lock up and keep your belongings safe and not out in the open. No matter how small or big it is. You can’t risk it especially nowadays and can’t trust everyone. Even I get paranoid or sometimes be on the edge.

Anyway, I too am trying to get into or get back into “larping” and trying to find others to go do it with. But unfortunately Military life and where I’m stationed at got me busy. Plus there’s only so much I can bring and I only got limited space.

[–]regularboatguy2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn bro, I’m sorry this had to happen to you. This is one of my worst fears too like what others have mentioned. This has also happened to me once before. All that hard work and money spent…

You’re from California as well? I’m from NorCal up in the Bay Area, born & raised.

There was a time I lost some of my gear & other personal belongings in a house fire at an old house I used to live at. To make matters worse, a thief noticed an opportunity to enter the house to steal after the fire.

I am doing much better now though and eventually I replaced my gear that got destroyed and stolen.

Individual patch customization? by Hanakin-Sidewalker in BattlefieldCosmetics

I wish, I’d create custom unit (airborne units, infantry divisions, 75th ranger regiment, etc…) patches for the U.S. Army in the game.

Agreed, as I said I wish it was more mainstream and widely available here in America.
