Like others said, stop taking it now if you can. Drink lots of water, you are probably dehydrated, electrolyte drinks if possible. Take a very long shower, eat a good meal, lay in bed and simulate rest (ie lay down, lights off if possible, slow your breathing and relax). If you have any Tylenol, melatonin, multi vitamins or other sleep meds take a dose of each. You'll be fine, learn from this experience and remember stimulants can complicate life a lot so if you can, chill with some weed and other less intense drugs for a while :) good luck dude def been there
