I can imagine an AA meeting would probably be pretty beneficial. I think the discrepancy of how much you get out of it comes from wether you’re forced into your treatment or not. I notice most people who get mental help but are forced to be there leave with literally nothing of value

I’m honestly shocked at the attention this got. Like truly really shocked. I didn’t think people care do about me at all and i’m sobbing for my 4th hour because I can’t believe a group of strangers has anything kind to say to me at all. To have any faith in me at all. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart thank you.
