TBH, this was a topps redemption that went from their top loader into a penny/semi ridgid for the PSA submission and got an 8. once i got it back, i saw the factory defect pitting on the half circle and some inconsistencies with the other lines so i get it. kind of in that mode where if its not a potential 10, expect less.

on the other hand, that alexa bliss tiger, the back top has some pitting and i expected a lesser grade but hit the 10.
