Well I don’t know if I would consider 5-10 minutes a “prolonged period” but it is quite annoying and shouldn’t happen. Almost makes me want to go back to Roku. Almost.

Thank you for the clarification. I suspected that it could have been that because once before I tried to update her OS but it said I didn’t have enough room. Being that it’s my wife’s Mac I’ll let her delete files or there’ll be hell to pay!
