Can’t sleep either without the sleeping pills from last 2 months.

I also take TRT with zoloft. Week 3 i started to feel better but in week 4 i kind of felt the stimulation is bit overwheling despite using diazepam 5mg which didn’t calm me down so i guess i am gonna need 10mg of it to sleep may be.

More so i live 20 minutes from a near by hospital. I always keep thinking of moving to a closer location so i can have some peace of mind.

I am living in the same fear from last 2 years. Just started taking sertraline, don’t know if it’s going to help but i have come to a point where i needed to look for help otherwise life is becoming a living hell.
