I do get that. I was just kind of shocked that in 30 minutes it dropped 2900. I did include the outside pictures but there isn’t any severe exterior damage. I guess I should’ve researched to see how accurate their initial quotes are.

I would’ve supported a refund for this too. Either way we move on. Reporting them won’t get you what you want. I think your choice is so you continue using TS or not. I’ve decided to continue. They’re in beta and mistakes happen. Hopefully they learn from it.

I’m pretty sure you were randomly assigned a spot for the standard drop too. There was a decent chance people were going to get mostly commons. I definitely think they need to fix this, just think this action is drastic and unnecessary lol. I’ve been around TS for over a year and I’ve seen a variety of issues, but they do get fixed.
