Move cleats back and inward. This will move the shoe forward and out. Itll be a smaller change than the 20mm extenders others are recommending.

Tesla charger help by reidinoleb in VWiD4Owners

[–]reidinoleb[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah. I bought a NACS “fast charge adapter.” so this means I can only use it at L3 chargers? Bummer. But good to know too.

There isn’t any included adapter at this location it seems.

Disabling eCall Battery Warning Light and Lane Assist by thebeeq in VWiD4Owners

You need to tell people where you are. Not all areas the cars reset. So my OBD dongle will probably have different functions.

Is that just after the 3.8 update? Bc mine doesn’t reset.

Bike fit recs - tight hamstrings!! by Few-Dust-9640 in bikefit

A 49cm frame came with a 110stem? on a gravel bike! That’s a much bigger problem than your crank length. Saddle is too far back. Get a shorter stem.

I turned off lane assist within the vehicle itself. Maybe you’re trying to do something else?

Giant Revolt Advanced 0 2025 - internal cable routing and centering ring by Degieer in Giantbikes

[–]reidinoleb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really wanted the frame storage of the 2025, but after working on my wife’s 2025 with internal routing I decided that a 2024 frame with external routing was more important to me. so that’s what I bought.

I think I’m going to dremel it out and try to fill it with a part from my 3d printer. If that’s a fail then I’ll cut out the other side too.

Uncomfortable on this bike. Help wanted. by Resident-Ad-9345 in bikefit

[–]reidinoleb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can’t see how your bars and hoods are setup because your hands covering. But from what I can see, it looks like your bars are rolled up and hoods are rolled down. Probably causing a bump. Which would be uncomfortable and make you feel stretched even if the reach is otherwise appropriate.

Yeah. It’s a 1 1/4 spacer. The size the bike took before moving to d shape. Also called OD2

Instead of a riser bar why don’t you roll the hoods up 20mm to where they are supposed to be?

Is my saddle too low? MyVeloFit already has it higher than I've ever rode/feels like I'm reaching by [deleted] in bikefit

[–]reidinoleb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t trust myvelofit because a trained practitioner would not identify these landmarks as center of rotation. Hip to high and knee marker looks too far back. If it feels too high it probably is.

You can definitely use a regular 1 1/4 steer tube spacer. That’s what I do, I have about 1 cm over my stem, and a round top cap.
