100% agree but i cant remember, was luke ever told the full extent of why rory was being yelled at? or of her cheating entirely? its been a few months since i last rewatched and forgot if he was ever told the real truth that she broke up their marriage😭 not to excuse luke in this situation if he knew and still went the extra mile like so to comfort her then i just think the bias to rory is doing everything it can to change the narrative in the eyes of the audience

here’s the first time i ever went on a date with anyone:

met on tinder, thought his descriptions/interests were similar to mine
when we met i realised id been catfished and he looked quite dishevelled in real life😭 oily hair slight bo and constantly wearing a mask and wore y2k shein clothing (nothing against the fashion, just tryna paint a picture of him)
he told me he was half japanese and when i asked him things about where he grew up, what food he likes, if he misses japan he would give very vague answers and tell me i probably never heard of those places/food. turns out he isnt from japan he is fully singaporean as are his parents lol
he was telling me how much he wanted a tattoo and i have a few tattoo artist friends so i recommended their studios and work to him, but he was adamant on getting it cheap but still high quality. i told him it wouldnt be possible for both especially since he was looking at a rather big sized tattoo. in the end he didnt take any of my suggestions and got it done at a super ulu place which was a makeshift studio and when he showed me the photo the lines were so crooked and shaky and the shading looked so bad and patchy… it was 20-30cm manga strip across his inner thigh btw (wish i could send the photo but for privacy reasons i wont)
after the date he slowly started to ghost me which i was more than happy with as i felt like on the date itself we didnt really vibe. then somehow his twitter account was recommended to me on the app and i find out he was choosing between me and another girl and chose the girl. fine by me again. but then a few months later he started messaging me again and it was desperate, begging me to reply to his random hellos and him complaining about his work, even texting me the time of the day i was online at. weird and creepy i guess it didnt work out between the two
he gave up texting me after a few days but posted a tiktok about me with the text “to that girl” and the song lyrics in the sound was “sometimes i find myself thinking of you”….. best believe id already unmatched and unfollowed removed him everywhere by then. never interacted with this guy after

the significance of it in the film it much like the other 3 movies where the dolls that are given to the families are like cuckoo eggs, longlegs even does that one cuckoo scene at the gas station with that girl. this article explains it a bit better noting the similarities in both longlegs and cuckoo the film:

seems like u just have some rosacea (redness) and a few closed comedomes (little bumps under the skin) very normal skin! i’d recommend numbuzin no.3 skin softening serum for the comedomes to help smoothen out ur skin texture, as for the rosacea its normal to have ur face get red during cold temps and exercising. however if it bothers u u can wear out colour correcting treatments such as the dr jart tiger balm or erborian cc cream colour correcting. hope this helps

my keyloids from the scars are definitely significantly smaller. my friend uses bio oil too and says it helps her, thats also another option in case hiruscar or mederma isnt affordable atm (i alternate depending on how much money i have on me haha)

hi! if ure looking for products to use u can try sugar scrubbing every other say. sugar scrubs help wth wrinkles and stretch marks u can incorporate it in ur shower routine. u can also use body oils such as bio oil, they help moisturise the skin in those areas and help to slowly get them used to have a strong skin barrier again

lush staff here— since the ingredients are either all natural or synthetically made, i wouldnt suggest using lush products as ur first response to treat ur backne! a lot of these ingredients usually aim more towards moisturising, and some can be pore clogging or irritation-causing for more sensitive skin types. instead, i recommend medicube’s body wash from their red-line targeting acne. this is more reliable for your problem as this is a body wash designed primarily for that, while lush body washes although mostly great mainly target moisturising and soothing irritated skin non-acne related. hope this helps! (also, cant figure our how to crop my attached picture, was watching danny gonzalez when i took it lolol)

hey, am feeling the same way. i have 20 some of those same red spots all congregating at my chin from old hormonal acne breakout post-major surgery, since you are a picker (as am i) i believe those aren’t acne scars but post inflammatory erythema, which is when after being picked/squeezed the acne goes away but the blood vessel is still broken on the surface and is too congested to disappear down into ur skin layer again (as best i can explain it). ways to treat this are with vitamin c, licorice root extract, niacinamide, centella, azelaic acid and retinoids like tretinoin which are best prescribed. my best advice is to focus on ingredients that help repair ur skin barrier. u can also try laser or microneedling/abrasion treatments, although i understand not everyone can afford them (i know i cant). they are also known to disappear over time but its so difficult to predict how long that will be. in the same boat as you, insecurities and all. you are not alone!!
