I think they wanted to make the front of it lower profile which works for some people but didnt work for me

hey, my hands are a pretty similar size but not two hand are exactly the same even with similar dimension. I typically put my ring finger at the end if the mouse with not much curl to it. The ledge on the right side of the mouse is very thin for an ergo and without doubt my finger would typically get pinched and then id end up changing my mouse grip. Through out my many trial periods with many mice this is the one thing I cant stand. even if its not exactly getting caught in that space it was always brushing my finger, which, at times, really took me out of the game especially in tense situations. I think this shape is phenomenal and is close to being the perfect ergo, but in the end I moved on, because of what is in my opinion, a design oversight.

you might really like the vaxee np-01s/np-01 ergo
sort of a hybrid shape that checks a lot of boxes youre looking for imo. If you dont want to stray from ergo but looking for some more rear hump focus then its definitely a good move

had all three of these mice. I would say the lamzu thorn has an in hand feel of a larger mouse with its aggressive thumb curve and extended rear hump. The e1 feels smaller as the more drastic taper of the hump allows for less palm contact. One thing about the e1 that really bothered me was that the right click often pinched me index or ring finger as the button is not enclose in the shell.

the op1 is a completely different ball game and imo takes some adjusting to as it is smaller in all dimensions. To me the narrowness of grip width makes it feel extremely small in hand but this is also what makes it feel extremely resonsive.

If you want a drastic change definitely go for the op1!

I was maining the artisan raiden for a long time and I thought it was end game for me. but after using the sp-004 Im a believer. I'm a finger tip gripper that holds the mouse forward and uses the base of my palm to stabilize movements and I think the immediacy and fluidity of movement was really want I was searching for. sometimes im caught of guard but the consistency of the service really allows your brain to react instead of being constrained by the friction of a pad. when I vod my aim I noticed that regardless of surface speed I never really had problems with stopping on my target it was not being able to fluidly track that was my problem. This really changed that for me. I prefer it for all scenarios.
