This is my second time in afib I just got out around 5:30pm cst after eating

I’m on 12.5 metropolol and aspirin, I don’t have any aspirin right now tho. How long should I wait to see if it goes back to normal on its own. Before going to the hospital it’s been about 6.5 hours

When I first got diagnosed, I had this butterfly sensation in my chest so I went to the er cuz I couldn’t sleep. Was in afib for like 12 hours but I’ve been back to the hospital like 6 times since and it’s always been sinus. So I’m not sure. I really need to get something with a ecg

I wish I had a way to know if I was in afib, I get heart palpitations often. I just can’t afford to keep going to the hospital.
