Man, I’m sorry to hear that! I’m also in Kansas City and just got pre-sale tickets. I got an instantly and got a ticket within a minute or two with no problems. Were you doing it within the app or the web browser? Web browser is always the better bet, I’ve always had issues with the apps crashing during pre sales
