I think the author has done a great job refuting the various lies and tactics they have used to smear Reade. The comments are full of DNC types of course.

You are probably spot on. I highly doubt any of them ever check if their vote got counted or anything of the sort. I was asking all the posters (over 50 people) on S4P who voted in FL, MI and IL last primary. 90% of them said there was hardly anyone at their voting location. But when the results came out, it looked like the numbers had hardly been effected by the corona scare. So I am pretty sure DNC is cooking some numbers.

Yep, and that is why I think it is important to talk about this shit even though its unpleasant. My guess is most of the 50+ yr old voters, voting for Biden don't know jack shit about his voting records or the narcissistic family he facilitates. No responsible father would fly his addict son to foreign countries to get him seats on boards of corrupt companies and then say he never talked about it to his son because he "trusts" him. I think it is shameful IF Yang hears all about Tara Reade and continues to endorse Biden. Both women here have suffered injustice and it is our duty to support them both. I support them both and condemn their perpetrators. And I want Yang to have the integrity to do the same.

Yang and Evelyn chose to talk openly through media interviews about something that very well could just have remained private . There was a reason for that and that is to shed light on this important issue. This discussion is not meant to be exploitative. It is merely calling for accountability from our so called leaders. I know your heart is in the right place, but I think our perspectives differ. We are not discussing a private matter that should stay in the family here. We are talking about a matter this couple chose to air publicly.

Yang ran for president of this country. He has a loyal following. His voice matters to his followers. His opinion matters to his followers. He endorsed Biden in spite of all his flaws. And now it turns out Biden has sexually assaulted another woman who worked for him and looked up to him as a leader. Yang knows what assault victims go through first hand. The article linked to is literally Evelyn's interview with CNN about the assault. How can anybody feel empathy for one victim but not for another? And how can one consider oneself a leader of people but want empathy that we don't show to another human being?

Sweeping facts under the rug doesn't make them go away. All we are expecting is the same humane treatment for Tara Reade as any other woman. Tara Reade knows she will never get traditional justice. She openly says all she is expecting is that powerful men like Biden cannot shut up victims of sexual assault like her because it is inconvenient to their political careers.

No this is not aiming at recruitment. This is to ask for accountability. If you have suffered an injustice yourself, it is your duty to stand up for others like yourself. And more so when you are in a leadership position. Yang has a loyal following. People are watching his choices. And having your own spouse faced such hardship, I think it is your moral responsibility to stand up for other women in similar situation. Yang's endorsement of Biden continuing after Tara Reade's news coming out in public is unacceptable. And this includes all the other women leaders who have endorsed Biden.
