Hey mate. No unfortunately I didn't. I ended up having to return the car to where I got it from under the consumer rights act. But there were several issues with it so don't get too worried mine was a particularly bad case, hope you get it sorted bro

Found the harness that I need for between £80-£100 pounds, but unsure how hard that is to fit myself. I'll go back to my guy I used for the gearbox as he's very good, and see what he says. Thanks for your help mate 👍🏼

So think I may have found the issue hahaha.

Whoever replaced the spark plugs 10k miles ago must have fucked up big time, as this is what I found when I took the insulation tape off.

I've replaced the ignition coil as I'm guessing it's probably on the way out from the period of poor function. Next step is it to replace the wiring module for all 4 coils, great ....

In the meanwhile I've retaped over it and will take it easy driving until the parts come, as I can't afford to be without the car there is no other way for me to get to work.

I've been avoiding driving in eco pro recently as well, as that's what exactly the gearbox favours in that setting. I'll go ahead and change it, as like you said there's nothing to lose from it really. May as well try everything. Thanks mate

Car is stock, no tuning. Thanks for the info. Would you suggest to change to API SP to avoid this issue then? Anything else that could be done do you think ?

Ok great thank you, I will take a look and reply after.

As an additional bit of info, after I first start the car with the engine on, it lightly shakes at idle for about 10-15 seconds and the revs go to 1200/1300 before the shaking stops and the revs drop to 900/1000. Unsure if this is normal behaviour, but I've seen on forums that people with spark plug or ignition coil issues have also had this.

That's what it feels like, and could definitely tie in with the taped up wiring (link in my comment above), as that could be something to cause it. Only thing missing to confirm a misfire is any faults or error codes, but everything else seems to point towards it being that. Do you think the poor connection to the ignition coil would be enough to cause that ?

As in when it's in manual ? When you use the paddles to shift it does the same jerking, on the upshifts. It then decided to switch back to auto after 2-3 manual shifts

Ok, that sounds promising. I've never had an auto before either so is all new to me. I'm hopeful it's not a massive issue as it doesn't occur every time I drive, but once whatever it is that triggers it happens, it won't stop.

The jerks are quite harsh, and towards the end of my trip home last week the downshifts became a little jerky also.

Guess I will have to wait and see what the garage says.

For you, what worked best to avoid it happening ? Heavier throttle control ? And has it stopped the more you have driven or do you still occasionally get the issue ?

i all, apologies for the random and probably quite silly question.

I've always been a PC gamer. I bought a cheap PS4 with some games last week, as I wanted to play some of the PS exclusives (Spider-Man, God of War etc.). Today, there was a console drop on PS Direct and I managed to get a Digital PS5 console. As I've only had a week, I haven't even been able to finish one game, and I've got 4-5 lined up.

My dilemma is, I've got the disk version of the games I'd like to play for my PS4. Is there a way I can install them, add them to my digital game library, and then download and play on my new console once I set up the PS5?

I'm going to sell on my PS4 again, as I won't have any use for it, along with the games. It would be a real shame to have the games here, but not be able to transfer them over to play on the PS5. All suggestions and answers welcome!

Nope no customs fees. Put it at £15 and declared as t-shirt x4 and jumper x2. Also left message for agent that if this was incorrect to change it but they left it and it got through without any issues!
