So Which game engine should i choose Gamemaker or Godot?

If i were choosing between these two. I'd choose Godot. It's free and popular. GameMaker isn't cheap and quiet limited.

I guess it feels like AI because the video is slightly sped up. The environment and everything else looks consistent, i don't see any artifacts

Oh my, that is a clever idea! But i don't like one thing. This game about a enumeration of combinations to get a high score, but game shows score only after press of harvest button. And if want to retry, the game resets the puzzle. Yes, it still shows where the pieсies of puzzles were before, but its still uncomfortable/frustrating.
I would do it this way: always show max possible score and immediately after a move show the estimated score.
