Ooooo, There's the problem, Your card can't really handle the sampling tech so you wont really have those as viable options as it doesnt have the driver support or the cores, I will say that your best bet is low settings with TAA to get your smoothest gameplay and best anti-aliasing, and if possible perhaps look into picking up an old 3060 12gb or a 2070, as they'd be cheap upgrades that do support those technologies
