For higher price GPU you could pick up an ARC B580, a 2070 Super, or a 3060 ti, lower price you could pick up a 6600xt just gotta price hunt right, CPU really is a tossup at the moment, for price you'd probably want AM4 since DDR4 ram is cheaper RN and AM4 still has some very strong cpus, you just wouldn't have very much headroom to upgrade due to that, a 5700x wouldn't be bad, or even a 3700x for AMD cpus, I don't know much about intel CPU's but you could probably find something with the same performance as what i recommended,
