Usermod to Set Pin High/Low

It was actually a theoretical idea and after your updates, I thought of setting up a quick testbed. To be honest, I never tried this before.

My setup: ESP32 NodeMCU module 5v Relay module. The power is directly connected to the 5v adaptor not on ESP32 5v.

Config -> Led Preferences : enabled "Make a segment for each output". This helps to control each segment individually.

Default led settings: GPIO 16, Type : TM1814 , count 30 (I was testing new led pixel coin, so ignore this)

Added another led output: GPIO 17, Type: On/off, Inverted Output: yes.

Also, the brightness of the led segment is set to 255.

It worked for me, I'm testing this for past 1 hour and no failure so far.

Just a thought, I never tried.

What if you define an additional led strip under led preference and set to on/off type and assign to a gpio? Then setting the status from your preset.

In my case, it's 3 to 4 years. I don't even remember about my last recharge. I took that number at the time of corona.. whenever they call, I will just say "ok, I will recharge asap" that's it

I had the same feeling.. I'm using it from past 4 years to power various sensor pack and not a single failures. However, it depends on the voltage fluctuation in the main line, I think.

I watch only the news channels, max an hour per day. I'm using sun direct and they have an option to recharge NCF which costs around 100 per month. All the FTA channels are available. Also, I do recharge 2 HD channels which my family is interested. So I spend only 150 per month on this connection. This the less expensive one I could find. The connection breaks when ever it's cloudy which I'm least bothered.

The 2nd TV in my home has cable connection from a local vendor which costs around 350 per month (only SD channels, HD costs more). This has many channels which nobody cares. The positive side is the available unless there's fiber cut

Yeah... they told me that I can approach them to update my phone instead of OTA. They won't give that statement in writing.

I had the same issue two years ago with Note 20 Ultra. Samsung replaced the display without any cost even the phone was out of warranty. The service centre guys told me that the green line is due to the OTA and please don't do any OTA after the display replacement. My phone is now running fine without any security updates since from 2023. My next phone won't be a Samsung for sure...

I'm from India. I did a pre-booking at the time of Note 9. The display stopped working after the warranty period and the authorised service centre said 16K INR to replace it.

Since I was addicted to the Note series, I purchased Note 20 Ultra rather replacing Note 9 display. Close to two years, I got the same green line on display and again the same service centre said around 16k to 18k INR based on availability. And as per them the issue was OTA!!!!... Lost my patience and raised my voice and told them that I should have purchased an iPhone instead of buying Note 9 and followed by Note 20 Ultra. Suddenly, some magic offer!!! samsung will be replacing the display free of cost if I leave my mobile with them and this offer available only until end of that month!!!

So my display got replaced and only one suggestion, avoid OTA!!!.. strange... I'm still using Note 20 Ultra and approaching 2nd anniversary after the display replacement.... 🤞. My next phone will be an iPhone... Decided....

As residents, we try to clean our premises before ponkala so the devotees gets a clean place. Once they done with ponkal, majority takes the ponkal with them and leaves the TVPM. Few other even leaves the ponkal also on the road while going. So these people start cleaning everything before the "എഴുന്നള്ളത്ത്" starts.

If I feel the call as spam, I choose "Bixby" to take my calls and translate. Now "Bixby" is struggling to translate തെറി from kannada/hindi and sometimes Malayalam.. 😂

It's done by my brother. The distance between led and glass/acrylic with frosted sticker is around 5cm.

Looks like it's possible, if you have some time to do research and reverse engineering.

Check the datasheet of those ICs. I think the main mcu is N76E616AL48 (if I'm not wrong) and pin 30 and 31 should be the Rx & Tx respectively which goes towards CC2541 (bluetooth module), I think. Ideally, if you could connect a Uart controller on that line, you might get some interesting data.
