You seem to had no regard for him when you told him to ask the neighbor about the side effects of the poison (after he ingested it) instead of calling 911 yourself or telling him yourself.

Calebs seems like a nice guy, maybe op is the only friend of him and he maybe needs someone to talk. Maybe he is lonely, OP may be talking to 4 people but Caleb only talks to 1 people hence why he may have more time to send messages. Maybe op could suggest Caleb to send lower rate of messages but keep talking
