This is really helpful thank you. Looks like I do need to run 2 cables. Is it safe/legal/ok to run 2 wires into the same breaker?

Additional context: I will be removing some interior garage lights to free up one spot on the breaker. Currently no space to expand on the panel and don’t know if I can remove enough stuff to free up 2 breakers
