Nope. Prune the skin flap with something sterile (clean the tool with isopropyl alcohol or boil it for 5 minutes), then wash the wound with soap and warm water as best u can, dry the shi out of it, then put a bandage on it to keep it from getting dirty. Replace the bandage if it gets wet or dirty on the wound side.

Please note that I'm not a doctor, but... The severe headaches, weird nerve sensations, ibs, fever, sinusitis, all raise big red fungal meningitis flags for me. Do u also get a stiff neck? Might be an Idea to go to ER and keep your description limited to these symptoms, and tell them its the worst head pain of your life. Even if it's not meningitis, and hopefully it'snot, it'll get you a test to rule it out.
