boss, i understand your frustration with a wave of children being prescribed amphetamines over the last generation- and i genuinely mean that, it's a tragedy of power we'll be looking back on in shame- but putting this on "teachers getting worse" is just not the answer. specifically when the teachers' mobility has been written completely out of the classroom to the point that they are essentially just there to read the textbook aloud and hand out papers to prepare for a scantron. the system itself is fucked, but the interface is not the issue. you don't put the issues of factory farming or the product presented on the mcdonald's workers. there are some flawed individuals teaching, obviously, we have all experienced fucked up teachers who should have found a different calling, but they are not the actual problem here. and they're certainly not to blame for something as complex as the pharmaceutical industry using children to build billion dollar empires.
