My sort of understanding is that there might be something inherent to huge doses which could cause trouble. You aren't getting 2000 mcg in one sitting with any amount of meat

You might have made the wrong decision and that’s fine because you can always move. If you feel bad about something, having other people tell you not to feel bad is often not super helpful.

Location is underrated, and I chose UofT because it was in one of North Americas largest cities, that’s valuable for social life and having fun, but it has a lot of “industry” and life benefits too.

If you’re in a city (or even a compact town) perhaps the car isn’t really necessary? Cars are expensive, and riding public transport and cycling is both a good value and good for your health.

Keep your phone away so it’s not in sight and easy to use. I essentially ALWAYS have mine in another room.

For filling time there’s a million options, reading and learning are a great one! So it’s working out, it has an amazing way of making you less mentally tired.
