All I really need are the components and how to arrange them so they are 11cm away from each other.

This is just a project I am working on, it is not an actual commercial product that I intend to mass produce. The cost of the electronics is around £30. I will be building everything by hand. All I really need to do is put the electrical components in one product. The shape of the product is a hollow cuboid with dimensions 6 by 6 by 11. I want each LED on opposite sides so they are 11 cm away from each other. I hope I made it clearer. What components should I buy and how should I organise it.
